Our Team
Early years of the business focused on railroads and quickly grew into adjacent sectors of ports, terminals, transloading, first-mile trucking, and freight intensive industrial development. The combined Sitelogx – Caplogx team brings senior level executive experience at Class I, II, and III railroads; ports; trucking companies; 3PL businesses; engineering firms; banks; and public development agencies.
Caplogx team members hold various FINRA licenses to provide private-sector investment banking services, including private placements of debt and equity and regulated mergers and acquisition services.
